No evasive answers
No, and be wary of anyone who promises that. No vendor can guarantee you won't receive a claim. What I do is remove the barriers these claims are based on, document the work, and keep your site maintained. That's the most any honest vendor can offer.
It means your site works for people with disabilities: blind visitors using screen readers, customers who navigate by keyboard instead of a mouse, people who need larger text or captions. Think of it as a wheelchair ramp, for your website.
Almost never. Most fixes are invisible, including labels, descriptions, and code structure your visitors never see. Your design stays yours.
Those tools add a toolbar, but they rarely fix the underlying code. Several lawsuits have specifically targeted sites relying on them alone. We fix the actual code instead.
